“ I came in from out of town and loved it! My whole family loved what they ordered, the service was tremendous even though they were busy, and the atmosphere was perfect! The server was so funny and personable! Our kids felt at home. I had one of their Tibetan specialty dishes, and it may have changed my life! Everything our party of 8 ordered was delicious! It arrived quickly and was clearly described in the menu. We’ll definitely be returning! ”
“ Really love the atmosphere of this restaurant. It feels like you’re in a good friend’s home. The people running the place were very friendly and helpful. My friend and I ended up splitting a few plates of dumplings. We will definitely be back and recommend the fried dumplings! ”
“ This is quaint little restaurant in Bloomington that serves both Tibetan and Indian food. The food and samosa as appetizers was very delicious. The staff were very prompt and polite. We had a pleasurable experience here after our New Year Day’s hike and trail run. The restaurant is well-decorated and food is authentic. Highly suggest this place for dinner dates. ”
“ Been wanting to go here for years. Sunday lunch for 4 people. Finding parking was a slight hassle (ultimately parked 3 blocks away). Not too busy inside (also has outdoor seating). Service was prompt. Food arrived quickly. Everything we ate was vegan. We all got something a little different, but the dumplings were my favorite! Price for 4 people was 63, which was very good (but alcohol usually adds to our bill... The only thing that I would add would be to have some music in the background. ”
“ Went on a recommendation and it didn't disappoint. Amazing subtle flavors right across the dishes we ordered. The spice level had an amount of zing. They have Indian and Thai fare as well, but didn't try them since we wanted to do proper Tibetan. The staff were very courteous and service was pretty fast. The restaurant was very quiet with a traditional Tibetan ambiance. Loved the experience. ”
“ We had the pleasure of arriving at this restaurant just before closing, and despite the late hour, both the servers and the owner greeted us with incredible warmth and hospitality. Their friendliness made us feel immediately welcome, and it was clear from the start that customer care is a top priority here. As for the food—wow! Every bite was an absolute delight, far exceeding our expectations. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the freshness of each dish was undeniable. What we experienced was nothing short of a culinary masterpiece—truly a foodgasm! This is easily some of the best food I’ve had in Bloomington, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. If you’re in town, this place is a must-visit. From the inviting atmosphere to the top-notch service and unforgettable food, it’s the complete package. Highly recommended! ”
“ I had a wonderful dining experience at Little Tibet! The server was exceptionally nice to me and the food came out promptly! I had the Green Curry with Chicken and it was delicious, flavorful and creamy with a good amount of heat. Pretty fair pricing on the lunch menu I'd say and the food is definitely worth it. The restaurant itself is very cozy and I love the colorful and inspiring decorations that can be found in abundance. Highly recommend this place!!! ”
